WOMEN'S WEEKEND

 

This year, Women's Weekend will take place in Vajta from April 17 to 19, 2026.

The main theme of our conference is The Mind of Christ.

In addition to the teachings, we are planning a panel discussion on generational differences, but there will also be small groups, communal prayers, crafts, morning exercises, and dancing.

Vajta introduced two changes from 2026:

  • For hotel guests, prices include lunch on the day of departure, so we plan the weekend to end with Sunday lunch.
  • For registrations for only one night, an idle penalty will be charged at a cost of 5,000 HUF/bed/night.

From 2025, a new registration interface is introduced in Vajta, and registration for conferences is only possible through this interface!

Information and comments on the application interface

  • Place of residence
  • Meals – For meals that differ from the standard menu, a surcharge of 500 HUF/meal, 1,500 HUF/day applies; for children (3-10 years), the surcharge is 300 HUF/meal, 900 HUF/day.

You can choose from the following options:

  • normal
  • gluten-free
  • lactose-free
  • dairy-free
  • gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free
  • vegetarian
  • does not request meals
  • Accommodation types:
      • Castle (4-8 bed rooms with shared bathroom).
        The system shows 3 different rooms (4-6-8 beds). We will try to accommodate everyone according to their requests, but we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned to a room with the number of beds you have chosen.
      • Maranatha room with 2 beds (with separate bathroom) - with double bed or 2 single beds
      • Maranatha Single Room (with private bathroom) – For an additional fee, it is possible to stay alone in a Maranatha double room. If you would like this option, please write in the "Who would you like to share a room with" question that you do not want a roommate or that you would like a Maranatha single room.
      • Maranatha room with 4 beds (with separate bathroom) - with bunk beds
      • Family room / Apartment (with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room)
  • Tent - For this accommodation type, select “I do not require accommodation.”
  • Without accommodation
      • Air conditioning units have been installed in the Maranatha attic and on the upper floor of the apartments. There is an additional charge of 1,000 HUF/person/night for this.
        There is currently no air conditioning in the castle or in the 4-bed Marantha rooms.
    • Possible payment methods:

      • SZÉP card payment
    • Identification: Have your ID card (or passport, driver's license) handy when you register. At the end of the application form, you will need to upload a photo of it if you have requested accommodation. (All accommodations in Hungary are required to provide VIZA data, which will be deleted at the end of the event.)


    Participation fee

    The table below shows the participation fee per person for the entire weekend, including accommodation, from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch. Sunday lunch is included in the package price and cannot be canceled by hotel guests.

    Part-time application

    For registrations for only one night, an idle penalty will be charged at a cost of 5,000 HUF/bed/night.

    If you are unable to attend the entire weekend, you can also register for part-time participation. In this case, the participation fee will be calculated based on the number of nights spent there, the meals requested, and the idle time penalty.     Other costs:

    • Idle penalty: 5,000 HUF/bed/night
    • Air conditioning: 1.000 HUF/person/night
    • Surcharge for special meals: 
      • Over 10 years old: 500 HUF/meal, 1,500 HUF/day
      • 3-10 years old: 300 HUF/meal, 900 HUF/day
    • Loss of key: 1.000 Ft/piece
    • Loss of wristband: 2.000 Ft/piece
    • Late data modification (from the second day before the start of the conference): 2,500 HUF/data
      (Also applies to changes in payment method).
    • Reception business hour extension fee (from 19:30): 10.000 HUF/hour
    • Bedding change fee: 5.000 ft/bed
    • Remote control replacement: 5.000 ft

    Cancellation conditions

    • Cancellation I.

    From the second day before the event. However, if you notify us in writing on the day before arrival that you do not wish to use the meals for the guest affected by the cancellation, we will charge the lower fee (listed under Cancellation II)!

    • For adult guests (over 10 years old): 15,150 HUF/person/night,
    • Children (aged 3-10): 8,250 HUF/person/night
    • Cancellation II.
      Between 10-2 days before the event. In this case, the meals of the guest affected by the cancellation will be immediately canceled and can no longer be used! However, the accommodation can be transferred and used freely.
      • For adult guests (over 10 years old): 7,950 HUF/person/night
      • Children (aged 3-10): 3,950 HUF/person/night
    • In case of cancellation up to 10 days prior to the event, the participant will not be charged.
