Declaration of Consent for Conference Participation

By registering, I agree that my personal data will be stored by the organizers appointed by the Golgota Keresztény Gyülekezet Budapest (13 Erzsébet krt, 1073 Budapest) for the purpose of organizing the camp until the end of the event, and that it will only be forwarded to accommodation providers. Golgota Christian Church Budapest will delete the data after the event (by December 31, 2026, at the latest), with the exception of the email address, to which it may send information letters about similar events.

By applying, I accept the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation I.

From the second day before the event. However, if you notify us in writing on the day before arrival that you do not wish to use the meals for the guest affected by the cancellation, we will charge the lower fee (listed under Cancellation II)!

For adult guests (over 10 years old): 15,150 HUF/person/night,

Children (aged 3-10): 8,250 HUF/person/night

Cancellation II.
Between 10 days and 2 days before the event. In this case, the meals of the guest affected by the cancellation will be canceled immediately and can no longer be used! However, the accommodation can be transferred and used freely.

For adult guests (over 10 years old): 7,950 HUF/person/night

Children (aged 3-10): 3,950 HUF/person/night

In case of cancellation up to 10 days prior to the event, the participant will not be charged.

By registering, I agree that the event organized by Golgota Budapest will be documented and that images and audio recordings may be made of those present. The purpose of the recordings is to document the event, and Golgota Budapest may use the recordings in its future publications in digital (website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) or printed form. Golgota Budapest will not sell the recordings to third parties. If you do not consent to the publication of recordings made of you, or if you wish to have images depicting you deleted, please notify us at noikonfi@golgota.hu.

By registering, I agree that my personal information will be stored and forwarded exclusively to the accommodation provider by the organizers appointed by Golgota Christian Church Budapest (Bp., 1073 Erzsébet krt. 13.) for the purpose of organizing the event until the event is closed. Once the event is finished (the latest by December 31, 2026), Golgota Christian Church Budapest will delete all the data with the exception of the e-mail address so that e-mails with information about similar events could be sent to it.

By submitting my application, I accept the following cancellation terms and conditions:

Golgota Budapest will not sell the records to third parties. If you do not consent to recordings of you being published or if you would like us to delete photos made of you, please let us know by writing an email to noikonfi@golgota.hu.
