What serves the building of the church
A gyülekezetben arra kell törekednünk, hogy az ajándékainkkal egymást építsük. Ezért kellenek, ahogyan Pál írja is: “mindenkinek a hasznára adatik a Lélek kijelentése”. A gyülekezet egy különleges lelki hely kellene, hogy legyen. Ahol a lelked megérinti Istent, a lelked táplálkozik, s nem csak az igehirdetésen keresztül, egymáson által.
I the church, we need to seek to build each other up with our gifts. This is what they are for, as Paul puts it: "Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good." The church should be a very special spiritual place where your spirit touches God and is fed not only through the preaching but by each other as well.

What do you do when in trouble? Who do you turn to when in need? Sometimes when we find ourselves in a difficult situation we try everything that comes to mind and prayer is our very last resort. This way, prayer becomes the last solution. What would happen if prayer was our first reaction instead of the last solution when faced with a problem next time?

God leads us step by step but how does this leading actually look like? What does God want from us and how does He view us? God doesn't want to see us as children only but as adults as well who are sons of a King, who know who they are, what God entrusted to them and how He leads them in life.

God often leads us only step by step as life simply and naturally unfolds. There were things we believed to be miracles when we first started walkings with God. Do we still view these as miracles? God brought the nation of Israel out of Egypt with a strong hand and through many miracles and later led them by a pillar of fire and a cloud.

We witness the total fall and destruction of North Israel in this chapter. This is a terrible tragedy in the life of God's people.
