Is there perhaps a topic, conversation, or decision you are putting off right now, but you know you will have to face sooner or later? Why doesn't God let us get away with these things? True peace Volt már olyan, hogy azt mondtad: majd ha vége ennek az időszaknak, majd ha rendeződnek a dolgok, akkor végre békém lesz? One Deception After Another! Jákób sok éven át szolgált apósának, Lábánnak, és végül úgy dönt, hogy ideje visszatérnie szülőföldjére – de Lábán nem engedi el könnyen! Jacob has been serving Laban his father-in-law for many years and finally decides it is time to go back to his homeland - but Laban does not let him go easily! In this part of the story we see one deception after another as each man tries to outdo the other. It is amazing that in the middle of all this deception God still works and even blesses Jacob!

True Hope Sok mindenben reménykedünk, de azoknak nem sok alapja van, max. a csodavárás. Ha azonban megismerjük Jézust és rajta keresztül a Reménység Istenét, akkor lehet valós, Igazi Reménységünk... de Jézusban hinni néha nem is olyan könnyű. We hope for many things, but there's not much basis for them, we are just waiting for a miracle. But if we come to know Jesus and the God of Hope through him, then we can have real, true hope… but sometimes believing in Jesus is not easy.

Be Filled With the Spirit Az élet a maga valóságában sokszor félelmetes. Pál szavaival élve: az idők gonoszak. Szorongunk amikor nézzük a híreket, amikor gondolkodunk a politikáról, amikor gondolunk a saját és a gyermekeink jövőéről, de valahol ott a szívünk mélyen tudjuk, hogy mint keresztények nem kellene ennyit aggódni és szorongani, de nem igazán tudjuk mit kezdjük ezzel. Pál parancsban adja nekünk az igazi megoldást az összes félelmünkre és szorongásunkra. Life in its reality is often frightening or as Paul put it: the days are evil. We get anxious when we watch the news, when we think about politics, when we think about our own future and that of our children. Deep down in our hearts we know that as Christians we shouldn't worry and be anxious so much, but we don't really know what to do about it. Paul gives us the true solution to all of our fears and anxieties in a form of a command.
